What You Need To Know

The World Health Organization recommends Chiropractic Spinal Adjustments for all adults, including older adults.

On December 7th, 2023, the World Health Organization released its guideline for non-surgical management of chronic primary low back pain.

In addition to chiropractic, structured exercise, massage, acupuncture, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory over-the-counter medication, were recommended.

NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories like Advil and Tylenol) were the only recommended pharmacological therapy.

The guideline recommended against the use of opioids, anti-depressants, muscle relaxants, and injectable local anesthetics.

Chiropractic is world famous for helping people of all ages with acute and chronic low back pain, and many other health conditions.  Chiropractic works because it addresses the cause of the nerve irritation that leads to back and neck pain and stiffness, and many other unwanted health conditions.

If you or a loved one are experiencing neck or back pain, headaches or migraines, or any other neuro-muscular-skeletal symptoms, something is wrong.  To get answers and results, call Dr. Mark Gustafson for a consultation and recommendations.
